Job Responsibilities

• Measures and records clients’ vital signs.
• Maintains a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
• Documents client care services by charting in client EHR, paper files, and medical folder.
• Experience working with feeding tubes and a trach
• Working with autistic students.
• Maintains all medications and medication orders.
• Maintains nursing supplies inventory.
• Communicates with other staff members regarding student care, progress, activities, treatment planning, and medication.
• Speak with patient's family members regarding prior levels of function.
• Keep track of and reflect on students’ progress
• All other duties related to the program.
